I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to nurses Nicki and Cornea for the exceptional care and kindness you showed my granny after her fall. Your compassion, patience, and professionalism made a difficult time so much more manageable for both her and our family. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands gave us great comfort. We are truly grateful for all you did — your support made a world of difference. Thank you so much

Dear Locko,

My name is Ann Marie Conlon and I am the Falls Integrated Pathway Co-ordinator within the Western Health and Social Care Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on the service received through Care Opinion. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received.

It was reassuring to learn that your granny received compassionate care from staff at the time of her attendance at urgent care and that staff were caring, kind, patient and professional.

As an organisation we are committed to consistently show kindness, compassion, professionalism and respect to the patients we care for.

I hope that your granny is making a good recovery at this time.
