Just wanted to say all the Doctors here are great, especially the newest joiner, she's amazing! Made me feel so heard and seen. Enquired about things she noticed that I hadn't booked the appointment for and just really took my concerns seriously.
Reception staff were great this time! Sometimes it's a little hit and miss with one in particular that comes off a little rude, and makes me a little anxious speaking to them, but both the receptionists I spoke to were awesome.
Wait times for appointments have reduced significantly and I appreciate not having to duke it out at 8am on the phones for a slot. You have to go via Anima (an online app), which is fine for me but does make me a little concerned for how the elderly navigate this requirement.
Overall, the practice seems to be in a great state these days. Certainly the best it's been in the 4 years I've been with them.
