"Had to have tooth removed"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

Had my tooth removed recently, it was done because my dentist said she could not remove it as it had complications, I was not looking forward to it as I’m not good with the antiseptic, I get awful shakes. Also after I always get dry socket, but the clinician Yash was absolutely fantastic I told her of my worry. She was brilliant she talked me through this I felt no pain, and no shakes, it was tough to get out. The rest off the girls Jenny, Eva, and Joanne, were absolutely lovely. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and the great work they do. thanks

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind feedback.

I am so pleased to hear that your experience with us was a positive one, especially given your concerns beforehand. It was good that Yash was able to reassure you and make you feel at ease throughout the procedure, and that Jenny, Eva, and Joanne also helped you feel supported and cared for.

Your appreciation means a great deal to the whole team, and I will be sure to pass on your kind words to them.

Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery.

kind regards

Dianne Cooper
