About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Pre-Assessment

(as the patient),

I was invited for my pre-op assessment to Dr Gray's Hospital much earlier than i expected due to cancellation. Every nurse (and receptionist) I met was truly amazing. What a wonderful team of friendly, kind and caring people! Big thank you to Lyndsey and Margaret, they looked after me so well! Feeling really grateful - they made my experience as pleasant and easy as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to send us such a lovely compliment. I am delighted to hear that your recent visit to the pre-op assessment unit was so welcoming and caring, especially by everyone within the department, which is always reassuring to hear from our visitors.
