"Excellent Practice"

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Over this time and particularly of late, I have found the staff and Doctors to be really caring and professional.

Issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Recently, when I was unable to see/speak to a Doctor on the day I rang, late afternoon, I was given alternative solution to be seen elsewhere. This was very reassuring and unexpected, and saved me much worry concerning the issue. When I saw my usual Doctor at the practice, she quickly diagnosed the problem and prescribed appropriate medication. Her kind caring manner mattered a great deal. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice. I would also like to also commend the reception staff who do a great job. It makes all the difference to be treated respectfully and appropriately when one first rings the practice. It is a really important job, and I am glad to have the opportunity to let them know how valued they are, and the practice as a whole.
