Had a rash on my foot and the doctor was not that sure if it was a rash on not so Northdown surgery sent me to A & E straight away and to my horror i ended up waiting in A & E for 12 hours as the doctor did not know if it was a rash so to speak plus iam 66 years old and the doctor should have known what the problem was in the first place and all this could have been avoided sending me to A & E .
