"Care received over the last years"

About: Cancer Services / Haematology/Oncology Day Patient Unit Community/District Nursing / Perth & Kinross South District Nursing Perth Royal Infirmary / Urology St Margaret's Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as the patient),

I was first diagnosed in 2031 with two aneurysm in my legs. While being treated for this Prostate cancer was found Over the next four years I have had various major health issues, which has resulted in care coming from several clinics, including the Warfarin clinic at Bridge of Earn.

The staff at all my treatment have been more than excellent, kindness and compassion being the byword. However I feel a special mention should go to the Irene at the warfarin clinic who combines professionalism with really kindness and care. Also the Errol district nurses are super efficient and so very kind and helpful.

Dear woodpigeoncr83,

Please accept my thanks for taking the time to post feedback for our team, it is really appreciated. This patient story shows the team they are doing a great job in the delivery of care which is invaluable to them. I will ensure I share this experience with Irene, the wider team and the District Nurses, including our managers, as a great example of a positive patient outcome.
