"Wonderful staff"

I had a c5 c6 fusion The surgeon explained everything very well to me at the beinging. However, it is a scary thing to go through. The nursing staff, made me feel completely at home and relaxed as you can be, in the circumstances. I could not have asked for better care. Having been in hospital before I was not expecting too much from the accommodation. Well I was wrong there the bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. I recieved follow up calls once I went home and the district nurse came out to remove my stitches. Even she was surprised at how good the wound in both hip and neck looked. They literally look like someone has drawn a fine straight line with a pen, no puckering no nothing. I am sure once the red goes down there will be little to nothing to see and that is all down to a very skillful surgeon and his team. I thank you all for your warmth and kindness.
