In the last year I have contacted the health centre at Bannockburn and always found all the reception staff to be helpful and pleasant.
Recently on two occasions I have witnessed service users not treat the reception with the respect they deserved. I want to mention one of the reception staff Fern who handled aggression and conflict extremely well and maintaining professionalism at all times - she even managed to assist the next patients requiring her attention with a smile and kindness!
