"An emergency admission with sepsis"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

My husband was taken to hospital by ambulance when he developed sepsis. The ambulance crew were so reassuring and professional. The nurses in resus were very professional but also compassionate and caring to us both. All the staff we encountered went the extra mile to make a really tough situation a little easier. We would like to thank them all.
