(as the patient),

My experience in the day surgery unit was brilliant. After my procedure, I was taken into the recovery ward. I was cared for by Moria and Tracy, they were so lovely and kind to me. They both made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Such lovely ladies! My only concern was that it was incredibly hot which made it difficult for both patients and staff.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the nurses took excellent care of you. This must have been very reassuring and helped you feel at ease.
