"Fabulous nurse "

I have visited twice recently for different reasons. Both times the nurse at the practice has been empathetic and understanding. Made each procedure much easier for me. They make me feel relaxed and ease. They always greet you with a big smile. Very professional but personable at the same time. Appointment times are kept or very close to the time. I really hope this feedback is given to that particular member of staff as they absolutely deserve the recognition
