We participated in a 4 week course of baby massage lead by the amazing Patricia, recommended by our health visitor Aisling. Patricia came to our home every Friday for an hour long session, showing us techniques to bond with, relax and interact with our baby. Our baby absolutely loved it and seemed excited to get underway with the sessions every week! Patricia was so lovely and we would recommend the service to anyone. It was especially useful to learn massages for helping ease colic and baby discomfort.
