"Thank you all"

Thanks Triangle Group practice. Each time I visit I am treated with

respect from the receptionists. I’ve been with this practice for 8 years and am usually seen by different Doctors but they are so lovely, I’m really grateful for your hard work.

Today I attended an appointment for a concern I was quite worried about, I called up yesterday and was given an appointment straight away. After seeing the Clinical Pharmacist and finding that I was okay I apologised for wasting their time (I don’t usually book Dr appointments). He was incredibly kind and instead used a couple of extra minutes to check on existing health concerns I have. I never expected this and it felt truly above and beyond what they had to do.
