The receptionists are now triaging patients who ring trying to get an appointment, you have to pick either an A or B option to progress to the next question even if neither fit with why you are calling which builds a totally false and inaccurate picture.,....there is also no provision for the receptionist to add any additional notes in order to provide a more accurate picture.
How on earth is this acceptable healthcare provision? Short answer, it is not, just another ploy to turn away as many patients as possible while still taking on (and receiving funding for) new patients. Shame on the Fuller and Forbes Partnership running the Mayflower group of surgeries into the ground.
