"Terrible service"

I have been trying for three years to get my health issues sorted I have failed miserably as the problem seems to be ignored. I explain the problem and get referred and nothing happens in the latest I'm told by the doctor he will speak to a senior colleague and phone again nothing apart from putting me forward for lung cancer test without mentioning it to me ,by the way my lungs have absolutely nothing to do with why I wanted adoctors appointment ,the first I new about this was a text from Luton & Dunstable hospital. Do you ever check Google reviews they are awful.
