"Rude, unprofessional staff"

Do not call this number if you have mental health or trying to get help. The staff who would not give me her name was disgustingly rude towards me when I was trying to get my relative help. Hung up on me and called me rude and it’s her right to hang up if she thinks I’m being rude!! Absolutely shocking. I wouldn’t recommend anyone speaking to this line and just wait until the correct team get in touch. I was calling to see how long I would be waiting for an appointment. Also blasting queen really shows your age. Appalling
