(as a service user),

I slipped down stairs & hit my head and lots of bruising,

Service I received from first responder &ambulance crew wonderful.

When I arrived at RVH Emergency I was taken to A&E where I was very well looked after. Staff very helpful I can’t remember names but all courteous and kind
