I’ve tried calling this GP practice five times today, and still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. The phone system is overly complicated, with too many recorded options, and even after selecting the correct one (option 5), no one picks up.
It’s extremely frustrating that online appointments are still not enabled in 2025, when almost everything else in healthcare is now digital. All I wanted to do was book my child’s 3 years and 4 months immunisation, but I couldn’t get through by phone, and after choosing to be called back, I still haven’t received a response.
This really makes me question the value of being registered with this practice if accessing basic services is so difficult. I hope the management reviews this system urgently, as it’s failing patients who simply want timely and essential care.
