About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Speech and language therapy

(as a carer),

I currently support a young person within the local community, who regularly attends the Vibrant Voices sessions at Heathfield Community centre. We have been attending the weekly session for 5 months.

The staff not only make a great effort every week to deliver high energy and engaging sessions, but also make an effort to form relationships with all who attend.

The young person I support eagerly looks forward to the sessions every week. This is mostly down to the fabulous staff who he enjoys interacting with. The staff include songs from various genres, and ensure to take any requests, to make the sessions as personalised as possible.

The location of the sessions (Heathfield Community Centre) is also an ideal location with good facilities (toilet, kitchen). We look forward to continuing our sessions.

I am delighted to know that you have found the Vibrant Voices Singing Group to be such a friendly, fun and beneficial way to help the young person you support and it is great to know that he looks forward to joining the session each week. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide within Ayrshire & Arran.
