(as the patient),

When I went to see my therapist whom may I add is lovely. The medical room that we was using was filthy, I originally thought there was black mould growing around the windows but with a closer look it was huge black cobwebs which could be easily cleaned up. They were everywhere and very noticeable. I feel this room should not be ever like this, its a medical room etc. I'm very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Dear Hello

Thank you for this feedback I will take action today and ensure all our rooms in North Lincs, where we provide talking therapies are cleaned. This is not our standard of cleaning that is accepted.

Thank you for your feedback, I will raise this directly today with our Head of Facilities, Lisa Grandcourt.

Following on from the response above from Steve Forsyth, would you be able to provide the name of the building you visited please? We can then inspect this specific building as well as ensure all the rooms where we provide talking therapies are cleaned.
