I have been on same medication for 8yrs so when I moved house I moved GP. As soon as I registered here the problems began. Prescription was never done and medication was being missed. I have to go into the doctors every 2-3 weeks and ask why my prescription has not been redone. The poor reception girl is not at fault here and every time I go in she says oh not again has it not been done again and she has to do it for me. I have had an appointment with a GP and asked why my medication has been switched from monthly to weekly and why it only Lasts 3 weeks or so then stops and he just couldn’t answer me. He couldn’t get me out the door quick enough after promising me he had sorted it and it would not happen again and it was now on weekly. Today I have been to get my Proscription and it’s not there again. O don’t know what I have to do here ?
