"My nurse was Superb"

I went in for a standard Diabetes related blood test, which are usually quite dreary, paint by numbers - but my goodness what a genuinely pleasant experience it was! Right off the bat, casual conversation about the outrageous heat (get your staff some more fans by the way!), and work and generally relatable stuff. Then came the all top commonly messed up blood test. I've had bruises, shifted veins in the past... But today the nurse went off centre into a vein I didn't even know existed! It's only been 20minutes and there's not even a mark - I'll tell you what, you might have a future surgeon on your hands, so you better pay her well, or she might leave!

It shows when somebody is grateful for their work regardless of the few ups and down there are, and treat you upfront like a human being and not a statistic. (Apparently I can't use the person's name, we know who she is) does all that with a wonderful smile sprinkled on top! We simply need more people like her!
