"The best experience I have ever had in a hospital"

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy - staff in the unit were all amazing from the reception staff to the consultants they were all very attentive and explained everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even going out their way to get a more comfortable chair as I wasn’t comfortable sitting on the trolley before the procedure. They asked everyone if they needed extra pillows etc just little things to ensure we were made comfortable. The staff in the unit are really first class the best experience I have ever had in a hospital.
