I have recently been very poorly - the Emergency Response was marvellous. They were there for me night and day always so efficient, kind and comforting, they really cared, they listened and explained things and made me and my family feel more relaxed. I have now recovered and just wanted to find some way of thanking them for all they have done and hope they will continue to do so. God bless them all.
