"My appointment in Rheumatology"

About: The Royal Glamorgan Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

Had an appointment in rheumatology and sadly there was a rather long wait, but I would like to say all staff involved in my care were excellent. They were all friendly and couldn’t do or say enough to keep me informed as to what was happening. I would like to say a big thank you to the nurse that done blood pressure etc. and the doctor that I saw,both put me at ease and had a lovely nature. As my phone wasn’t working the nurse kindly phoned my husband to let him know about the delay in seeing the doctor and on leaving the kind lady at reception phoned him again to let him know that my consultation was over.This was my very first visit to the Royal Glam out patients and I couldn’t have been treated any better. Thanks to all three ladies concerned.

I am sorry to hear there was some delay in being seen but will ensure that your kind comments are shared with the service. I am sure they will be delighted to hear that overall, your experience of the service was positive and you found staff to be friendly and helpful.
