"Staff barely made eye contact"

Honestly staff barely made eye contact. Left to sit in random waiting rooms for hours on end in the most uncomfortable seating. I had chest pain in my back and they want me to sit on these seats for over 6 hours.

I was left so frustrated , over heated, confused and left to play a guessing game as to whether or not they had received any information back from the tests they took hours previously. I'm done, I've never been so annoyed.
