On entering the practice the receptionist was polite and efficient,

I only had to wait a short while for my appointment I was called through 5 minutes after my scheduled time. The nurse who saw me

Explained the purpose of the routine health check throughly saying what would happen and how the results would calculated and what I should expect from the outcome. The nurse was friendly and asked all the necessary questions. After the appointment she explained when I should hear from the practice and when the next check would be due . I was happy with the way this appointment was conducted I felt relaxed and well informed at all times .
