"Wasting my time and theirs."

About: Southend Hospital

This afternoon I had an appointment for a Nurse led clinic at 14:00 in the Urology outpatients and Pelvic floor unit.

The appointment letter was quite clear that the appointment was at the hospital.

When I arrived I was told the appointment was a telephone appointment, unfortunately I did not have my original appointment letter with me so I could not contest this!

My wife and I had spent the afternoon travelling to the hospital, looking for parking and walking to the Urology dept.

Unfortunately my appointment didn't go very well as I was so cross at being messed about like this with people assuming I was the one who was wrong!

All I ask is if my appointment is changed I am one of the people who is advised of it!
