"Medication review"

About: Neurodiversity Services / Doncaster ADHD team

(as the patient),

Why am I having appointments for medication reviews with staff members who I think aren't able to answer questions around if my dosage is increasing and what I should do about side effects.

Literally, what is the point of the appointment if not to discuss these things about my medication? I feel like I wasted my time coming here only to hear that my questions couldn't be answered

I hope it will be better next time, but this is not the first time I've been sent to someone who can't answer the questions

Thank-you loxodontaur for taking time to leave this feedback, this is not the experience we would want.

If you would consider calling James Bell the Service Manager on this number, I have contacted him to advise of your experience and that we will talk to you this week about your medication and possible side effects.
