"it was excellent"

I attended my Endoscopy Appointment at Omagh Hospital this week. From the initial booking call with Michelle onwards it was excellent. She asked me which of the appointment times I'd like and I chose first thing in the morning. I was taken in promptly. Kirsty again made me feel at ease. Her approach was professional, reassuring and caring. Then in Theatre I met Anita, Gerardette, and Sharon, who all made me feel ar ease before the procedure. Mr Dickie was absolutely fantastic. His description of the procedure as he was doing it - the way he did it you'd think you were on a train journey! In Recovery Roisin was superb, putting my mind at ease. She didn't let me leave until everything was 100%. I even had tea and biscuits before I left.
