Today I had my annual review with hw the mental health nurse. I had a huge mental break down after the changing of my medication around 5 years ago and she has been there every step of the way. I wouldn't of got through it without her.
Kind, empathetic, caring, friendly, professional, proactive and really understands my needs. I truly believe I wouldn't be here today without her.
