"No help whatsoever "

Unable to get an appointment for weeks. Then you get the practice nurse instead of a doctor. She is lovely and said she would get some medication prescribed. The next day I ring the surgery who tells me a doctor would be coming to see me. No one arrives. Then I get a link to make an appointment. I can't see anyone until next month, and get nothing to help with the condition that has made me unable to sleep for a week. Please beware of signing up for this surgery. It's a disgrace. They have no concerns for there patients. Being housebound I have nowhere to turn. The doctors never visit when you need urgent help.
