"I felt so empowered during my home birth"

I want to thank the Banbridge birth at home team, especially Paula, for their amazing support during the birth of my second child at home.

I couldn't have received better care and encouragement starting from the lead up to birth and of course birth itself. Paula was amazing in helping me to trust myself during birth and just her calm and trusting presence was exactly what I needed.

I felt so empowered and it set us up for a very relaxed time with our second child. She also was very helpful in supporting me over 40 weeks plus 10 and allowed for my body to go into labour naturally.

I will be forever grateful to her and her team. For both of my birthing experiences at home.
