About: Rotherham CAMHS / Getting Help

(as a parent/guardian),

I had a team manager contact me who explained everything properly and gave me many options to consider whilst awaiting a diagnosis.

I had previously spoken to another staff member the previous day, who just wasn't as understanding and also didn't explain anything properly to me.

thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on accessing Rotherham CAMHS.

Whilst its disappointing to see we didn't get it right first time I'm glad you were able to speak with one of our managers. I hope this provided you with an opportunity to feel heard and that the advice given was helpful. I also hope it allowed you the time to detail your initial experience so we can learn where we didn't get it right.
