Trying to get through on the phone is an absolute nightmare. Most of the time, no one even bothers to answer, and on the rare occasion that someone does, they’re shockingly unhelpful and clearly uninterested in actually resolving anything.
It’s as if they’re doing you a favour just by picking up the call.
There seems to be a complete lack of organisation and accountability - clearly a reflection of poor management from the top down.
The whole experience is incredibly frustrating and feels like a waste of time.
If this is how they operate on a daily basis, it’s no wonder the service has such a bad reputation.
The doctor told me to call the specialist nurses office to book a follow up appointment. They’ve refused saying they could not book appointments that far in advance, despite what the doctor told me.
