This surgery is most unprofessional. when trying to phone them it takes forever to get answered, it appears that there is only 1 line that gets answered, when they do.

Whist on hold, they play a message that this surgery will be closing soon at 6.30pm. This message is played to you before 13h00. Then at 13h00, the message changes to "this surgery is now closed. I have made the practice manageress aware months ago, it appears they do not care.

I received a text asking me to contact the surgery , after struggling for days, i get told someone will contact me, i then get another text telling me i have an appointment at the office, Again after two attempts to get answered, I ask how the surgery can make appointments without confirming my availability, I am then told it will be a telephonic appointment. I stressed I have many appointments, however i will make myself available, i also ask that my landline office number be used because apparently they call me but cannot get through. I have no record of missed calls.

Once again, sitting at my desk waiting from 12h20, no one has called, whilst waiting a used another phone to call the surgery, again the pathetic answering message as mentioned above, i was the 4th caller when i called at 12h30 and was finally thrown of the line, this surgery is now closed. No answer in 30 minutes went from 4th in the queue to second. I also note false statements added to my NHS records. I have been waiting for a diabetic appointment because "my doctor cannot change my medication" and it can only be done by the diabetic clinic. According to them, they call, I do not answer, again no missed calls on my device, but they have entered such on the system. No email or letter in the post. Tried to contact, no further interest.
