"Very helpful practice "

Last week I needed an appointment quickly as I had hurt my back . I put in an online consultation form and within an hour I was called with an appointment for that afternoon. From filling in the form to appointment time was less than 3 hours . The doctor I saw was really helpful, kind and professional . Unfortunately 2 days later I needed to return for the same issue and again I had a face to face appointment in under 3 hours with another lovely doctor who was very informative and helpful. Given how quickly people are to make complaints I wanted to do the opposite and praise this surgery for their great doctors and reception staff for not only the speed of the appointment given, but their really caring professionalism.
