"I was treated with friendliness, kindness and professionalism"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiac Catherterisation

(as the patient),

Recently attended Cardiac Catheterisation Unit within Hairmyres hospital for a cardiac angiogram.

From the moment I arrived until I left several hours later, I was treated with friendliness, kindness and above all in a very professional manner.

The lead doctor was Dr. McGeoch and his assistant whose name I’m afraid I can’t remember kept me updated and at the end of the procedure gave a detailed review.

Many nurses - including Sam, Lynsey, Ashley and Irene - looked after me before, during and after the procedure and made sure all my needs were attended to. I would like to place on reorder my thanks.
