"The most positive hospital experience I’ve ever had"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I attended the Level 4 Imaging Service at The Royal Victoria Hospital for a 9:45 AM appointment. I was seen immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately, I can’t recall both staff members’ names due to nerves, but I do remember that the assistant was called Chantelle.

I was quite anxious about the appointment, but both staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, reassuring, and chatty—which really helped put me at ease given the nature of the examination. The procedure itself was quick and completely pain-free. The instructions were clear and easy to follow throughout.

Overall, it was the most positive hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thank you both so much!
