Following complications with obtaining vital medication, I needed urgent assistance from the Surgery. They were straight on to it and went above and beyond to help. Thanks to their exception support, I was able to obtain the required medications. Thanks in particular to Reception (I am not allowed to name unfortunately) for exceptional service and to the Prescriptions Team.
