"My mental health and voices in my head."

My doctor referred me to Chatton house due to my mental health and voices in my head, I cant praise them enough if it wasn't for the mental health team helping, talking, letting me express how I feel and letting it all come out, I'd have probably been on the street my marriage would have ended due to my partner not coping with me.

I'm having support, I'm still waiting on seeing my physiatrist as on a waiting list still but while I'm waiting I'm seeing other people for therapy and I'm grateful I'm also in touch with steam cafe in Kings Lynn as well there so caring there as well .
