"Frustrated "

I needed an appointment yesterday and went through to the Livi app .. my first impression was good .. quick appointment and the video called on time.. good start ! My appointment finished and I was diognosed and prescribed medication for rash on my foot that had been there for 6 months ... went to the chemist .. thecdrug prescribed was not available in this country .. so had to take prescription bk to GP .. to be changed .. they said it would be looked at later that day and get bsck to me ... .guess what ??? No call bo prescription changed .. I an very uncomfortable now and been left waiting .. this type of thing really let's the surgery down .. im just so frustrated
