I just wanted to message in to say how wonderful my nurse was during both appointments that I’ve had with her recently. During my first appointment, (the 11:30am on the 8th May for a coil insertion), she was kind, warm and obviously cared so much about me as a patient. I felt listened to and appreciated the time she spent with me discussing different options. During my second appointment she was again so kind and caring and made my little boy feel very welcome, which made the appointment a lovely experience. What an asset this nurse is to your practice!
