"Bad"

Most recent experience there had a doctor being extremely dismissive of me and ushering me out of the room when I tried to talk about sensitive issues in my personal life that put me at risk, when I had already mentioned this subject while booking the appointment, claiming I had never spoken to this specific doctor before which is not true. Some of the GPs there are okay but their reception staff and other clinical staff are sometimes very disrespectful and inappropriate, and not mindful of sensitive issues themselves. At least in my experience they also never address complaints and will obfuscate how to initiate their complaint process in the first place.
