"Courteous, professional and thorough"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

My first knee replacement was very successful and if my second procedure is equally successful I can have no complaints.  I found the staff at The National Orthopaedic Centre in Kirkcaldy courteous, professional and thorough in all aspects of their work.  Nothing was too much to ask - be it the Pre-Assessment Staff, the Nursing Staff, the Domestic Staff, the Ward Orderlies, not to mention the wonderful Surgical Team.  Everything was explained along the way and I feel truly privileged to have been under their care.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, about your recent experience of the National Treatment Centre. All patient feedback is very important to our team, as this allows our service to develop and grow.

I am pleased to read that you found staff to be courteous and professional, during your stay at the National Treatment Centre. We hope to keep all patients fully informed throughout their journey. Therefore, it is great to know that you felt everything was explained to you, when attending to have your first knee replacement.

Thank you for your recognition of the full NTC team. I will share your kind words with them and I am sure they will be delighted with this feedback.

I hope you are recovering well from your knee surgery.
