It’s not what’s said it’s how!
As my husband’s prescription wasn’t ready, I politely asked the reception person if there was any chance it could be issued one day early. The reply and attitude was negative, although I explained that it was heart meds. I understand that it was basically our fault that the online request was one day late(although within the timescale printed on the pharmacy window). The attitude of your reception staff is unfriendly from the get go. Quite honestly one feels a complete nuisance and judging by the reviews not an uncommon occurrence.
We’ve been patients at Pulteney for many years and have nothing but praise for the Doctors and nurses.
