My ring finger had curled in and could not straighten, so had an operation at Stracathro Hospital to straighten the finger, the operation went well, and after the plaster cast and bandage came off I had appointments for physiotherapy to improve movement and to keep the finger to bend in again, I was given a splint to put on my hand overnight to keep my finger straight.
Then several appointments at PRI Physio dept. for scar management and flexibility with Caroline who was very helpful with adjusting my splint and showing me how to exercise and massage E45 cream on the wound too heal the scar, and that has worked very well and my hand has healed well.
Many thanks to all concerned.
"It has worked very well"
