"Dreadful service and want more patients???!!!"

This is not the first time I have had problems with this awful surgery. They refused to see me when I was unwell and my husband had to carry me to the car and take me to A & E where I collapsed on the floor and violently ill. A & E were excellent however both my husband and I caught Norovirus! We were very ill for 3 days afterwards.

Yesterday I called for my GP and was told I would get a call back today. I never go to the doctor unless it's really necessary and I am still waiting over 24 hours later! Told I could go to A & E. This practice is saying they will take on new patients, failing with existing patients!!!!
