"The care my mother received from carer was first class"

My mother's carer was Gillian. The care my mother received from Gillian was first class and she is a credit to East Ayrshire Council. Nothing was a problem to her and my mum took to her instantly. Her communication with myself was also without fault. She always messaged after every visit with updates on my mum and also to provide any other relevant information or advice. 

When Gillian was removed as my mum's carer my mum was unhappy. This showed the bond they had in such a short space of time but the family feel this was down to Gillian's professionalism and lovely manner.

It didn't stop there - Gillian kindly offered to come back and take my mum to a day care for a couple of hours. Again, this was her going the extra mile. We can't thank Gillian enough for the standard of care and support she provided.
